How often will I get billed?
You will be billed upon purchase of your membership and every 60 days after the date you were first billed. For example, if you signed up on 05/07 your next billing date would be on 07/06.

What package am I receiving?
We feature one craft distillery every 60 days with shipments going out in February, April, June, August, October and December. All Club members and gift box recipients will receive a box featuring that respective distillery's craft whiskey(s) for that 60 day cycle.

Can I buy a bottle and not sign up for a membership?
We do not offer single bottles to purchase of our featured distilleries. However, you can sign up for a one-off shipment (gift box) to receive that cycle's featured distillery's craft whiskey.

Can a box get shipped to my state?
3rd party retail partners handle all shipping and fulfillment for RackHouse LLC. They are unable to ship to the following states: 

Alaska
Hawaii
Michigan
Mississippi
Oregon
Oklahoma
Pennsylvania
Utah


What will show up on my billing statement?
Your payment will show as “RackHouse Whiskey Club” on your billing statement.

Can I sign somebody else up?
Yes, as long as you are at least 21-years-old and the person receiving the box is at least 21-years-old.

How do I unsubscribe?
Log in to your account using the login information provided by email after the initial subscription purchase. Once in your account, you can unsubscribe from there. You can also choose to pause your subscription to skip boxes from your account. 

How do I update my billing information?
Go to your RackHouse Whiskey Club online account, click “Update” in the top right corner. From there you can update all of your information.

Can my shipment be left at my doorstep?
No, all packages have to be signed for at the time of delivery by someone 21 years of age or older. We are able to ship to commercial addresses, which may be a good option for people who aren’t usually at home during the day. 

Can I get previous boxes?
RackHouse Whiskey Club members share the experience of receiving the same featured box for that cycle. It is not possible to receive previous boxes. 

When are boxes shipped out?
You can sign up anytime. Shipments are sent out on the 15th (unless it falls on a weekend) of the following months: February, April, June, August, October and December. Sign up before the 10th of the month listed above to guarantee that featured box. For example, sign up by Feb. 10 for the February box which is shipped the week of Feb. 15.
